Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items.
We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.
We will then give you the address to return the items to.
If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to take your credit card details to deduct the £16.50 per parcel plus vat (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received and checked your returned items, then we will be able to authorise a refund to you.
Made to Measure Products
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on Made to Measure Products.
This includes Made to Measure Curtain Poles, Curtain Tracks and Blinds as well as any customised products (eg: Made to Measure Bay Window Curtain Poles) or curtain poles cut to length.
No responsiblity can be taken for inaccurate measurements supplied by customers. All measurements are used in good faith and returns for incorrectly measured products won't be accepted.
