Orders costing over £125will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland.
Orders of £125 and below will cost £7.95
**A surcharge of £20 is applicable if you are not on the mainland of the U.K.

Generally orders for stock items will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
This does not apply for custom made-to-measure products.

We are a UK based store and specialise in supplying to UK mainland customers. However we will consider delivery overseas. Please use the ‘contact us’ option to send us your requirements and we will get back to you.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
This guarantee does not include made to measure curtain poles, and blinds.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received the goods and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card)
Please note Returned items should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier. Your items have been delivered free of charge (over £99.99 for Curtain Poles and £99.99 for Fabrics) If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to make a charge of £16.50 per parcel plus vat (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
Returns Procedure
Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items.
We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.
We will then give you the address to return the items to.
If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to take your credit card details to deduct the £16.50 per parcel plus vat (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on Made to Measure Products.
This includes Made to Measure Curtain Poles, Curtain Tracks and Blinds as well as any customised products (eg: Made to Measure Bay Window Curtain Poles) or curtain poles cut to length.
No responsiblity can be taken for inaccurate measurements supplied by customers. All measurements are used in good faith and returns for incorrectly measured products won't be accepted.
