Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling Your chosen goods are carefully delivered using one of a number of well known and respected carriers. The carrier chosen depends on the physical length of your order. Most items will require a signature for proof of delivery. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address when the items are due otherwise the goods will be taken back to the carriers depot. Unfortunately we cannot determine what time the delivery will be. It could be any time between 9am and 5pm. Generally orders for stock items will be delivered within 5 working days. Orders costing £50 or more will be delivered free of charge Orders below this price will cost £6.50. **A surcharge of £20 is applicable if you are not on the mainland of the U.K.** Sometimes an item may be out of stock and delivery times will be longer. We will contact you if this is the case. Orders for non-stock items are indicated where the estimated delivery is longer than 5 working days. The estimated delivery time is usually the maximum time an item should take from ordering to delivery. We are a UK based store and specialise in supplying to UK mainland customers.

Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item. This guarantee does not include made to measure curtain poles, and blinds. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging. When we have received the goods and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card) Please note Returned items should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier. Your items have been delivered free of charge (over £50) and you will have paid on average 15% less than other stores charge. If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to make a charge of £16.50 per parcel (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
Returns Procedure Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered. We will then give you the address to return the items to. If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to take your credit card details to deduct the £16.50 per parcel (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
